Attend this national online conference with other NEKLS community members at NEKLS HQ, 4317 W. 6th St. in Lawrence. The conference is Wednesday, September 29th, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Refreshments will be served, but lunch is on your own. There is no charge for this event.
NEKLS has paid the group rate to attend the virtual conference, “eBooks: Libraries at the Tipping Point.” We’ll set up a computer, speakers, and chairs and tables here at NEKLS so a group can gather to participate. The first 25 people to register online are welcome to join us at NEKLS to watch the online sessions together. We’ll use the breaks between the sessions and the lunch hour to have face-to-face conversations about the sessions we’ve viewed and how the topics impact us.
