There are several options for libraries that require assistance with reference/information requests:

  • Request assistance from the reference department of a major library in the region.
  • Contact the NEKLS office for assistance by phone, email, online chat, or using our online chat service.
  • Post the reference question on the KANLIB-L or NEKLS-L email discussion lists. All NEKLS librarians should be subscribed to these lists. To be added to the NEKLS-L list, contact Teri Nelson at tnelson (at) nekls.org. To be added to KANLIB-L, locate it on this list of library listservs, provided by the State Library of Kansas.
