This year’s Spring Assembly will take place at the Kansas State Historical Society in Topeka, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The keynote speaker will be Peggy Cadigan, Consultant for Innovation and Communication at New Jersey State Library. Cost for the program is $15.
