April 8 Workshop: Technology Planning with WebJunction’s TechAtlas

Effective technology planning helps you manage the technology you have today and prepare for the technology you will want and need tomorrow. WebJunction’s TechAtlas is a free online tool that provides libraries with a way to create a technology plan from mission and vision to goals and objectives, including budget development. Participants in this interactive workshop will learn how-to use TechAtlas to meet the specific needs of their libraries. (If you are creating a technology plan as an e-rate applicant, you will be glad to know that TechAtlas includes specific tips and reminders based on e-rate requirements.)
This interactive workshop will include sample plans, discussion time, and hands-on time in the computer lab.
