Thatcher Rea
We have added a new member to the NEKLS Tech Team. Thatcher Rea started on June 1 as our part-time Technical Support Specialist. Heather and Thatcher began touring the system to make introductions and gather up long-lost support requests for Thatcher to quickly and competently complete. Thatcher comes to NEKLS from the Basehor Community Library where he installed an managed 50 computers, including several Macintosh stations and a Macintosh mobile laptop lab. You may have heard him talk about the topic of Macs in the Library at the 2008 Tech Day. Thatcher brings to us a unique blend of library experience and years of technical support experience from Sunflower Broadband and KanREN.
