NEKLS School Library Covid Relief Grant reporting
This is your one-stop shop for materials you will need to report on your Covid relief grant.
See the bottom of this post for links to the recording and notes from the Grant Information Session (held in late August), which covered details of reporting. Contact Anna with questions.
You will complete two reports, a financial report and a narrative report.
For the financial report, use this form.
1. Click on link.
2. Use “Open with” drop-down menu to select Google Sheets.
3. Use “File” menu, to select “Download” > “Microsoft Excel”.
4. Fill, email to Anna along with scanned copy of your receipt(s).
Here is an example of how to fill out this form.
Your financial report is due as soon as you spend all funds and have receipts to submit, no later than December 29, 2020. Instructions on how to properly complete the form and what to submit are on the form itself.
For the narrative report, use this form.

Your narrative report should evaluate the period from when you implemented the solution(s) purchased with grant funds through the end of your school’s term ending in December 2020.
This report is due on or before Monday, January 25, 2021.
