At the recent Directors Institute, NEKLS public library directors were asked to complete a survey about the benefits their libraries offer staff members. Here we present the results of that survey, along with the results of the most recent Salary Survey that the state library conducts annually.
NEKLS staff hopes that having this information will allow directors to compare their libraries’ pay and benefits with peer institutions in the region.
