NPR’s Morning Edition show last week highlighted the issues surrounding ebooks in libraries with the segment, “Libraries grapple with the downside of ebooks“. It’s succinct and well-packaged and would be a great place to point your boards and patrons wanting a quick overview of the issues. Most people are probably already familiar with the issues addressed, as many were covered by Jim at March’s trustee training, but it’s still a great refresher.

You can listen to or read the transcript of the segment online.

Thanks to Jim for the alert on this!
